Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two convenient shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery)

International Customers: We ship globally (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). Please note that customs duties, taxes, and additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Nine High Fashions purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, Jewelry & Accessories and Slippers marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved:

  • Pack item securely in original packaging with all tags
  • Include all original accessories
  • Affix provided return label (for prepaid returns)
  • Ship via specified carrier

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • Issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when processed

Exchange Process

  • Replacement item ships after we receive your return
  • Price differences will be adjusted (you pay more for higher value, receive refund for lower value)
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges
